The results of the PancreaSeq® test are reported in a user-friendly format that contains:
- Report Summary with predicted cyst type and risk of high grade dysplasia / cancer
- Result Interpretation provides more information on types of genetic alterations detected and their association with a specific type of pancreatic cyst
- Detailed Results section lists all detected molecular alterations, including mutations, copy number alterations, gene fusions, expression of neuroendocrine marker, and CEA (CEACAM5) gene expression level
